Since our services are customized and digital in nature, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once the project has commenced. However, we do offer limited exceptions under specific conditions as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
Before Project Kickoff: If the client cancels the service within 24 hours of payment and work has not commenced, a full refund may be issued.
Non-Delivery of Service: If DigiCroiX Solutions fails to deliver any work within the agreed-upon timeframe due to internal issues and no progress has been made, a partial or full refund may be granted upon review.
Duplicate Payments: If a client is mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded promptly.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the client changes their mind after the project has started.
If the client fails to provide the necessary information, approvals, or content required for project completion.
If deliverables are completed and provided as per the agreed scope of work.
If delays occur due to third-party platforms, such as ad networks, hosting providers, or software tools.
If the client requests changes or additional services beyond the agreed-upon scope.
If the project is paused or delayed due to reasons beyond DigiCroiX’s control.
4. Dispute Resolution
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support team at admin@digicroixsolutions.com within 7 days of project completion to discuss your concerns. We will assess the issue and propose a reasonable resolution, which may include modifications or partial refunds at our discretion.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited via the original payment method. DigiCroiX Solutions is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.
6. Changes to This Policy
DigiCroiX Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
